Needs Assessment
Before matching mentors with entrepreneurs, Golden Clover Association, Inc. conducts a thorough needs assessment to understand the unique challenges, goals, and aspirations of the entrepreneurs they aim to support. This assessment helps identify areas where entrepreneurs need guidance and mentorship.
Mentor Recruitment
Golden Clover Association, Inc. identifies experienced and willing mentors from its network and beyond. These mentors may include successful business owners, industry experts, professionals, and individuals with specific expertise in various aspects of entrepreneurship.
Matching Mentors with Entrepreneurs
• One-on-One Counseling: Entrepreneurs are matched with suitable mentors based on their specific needs and goals. This one-on-one mentoring relationship allows for personalized guidance and support. The mentor and mentee agree on a meeting schedule and communication methods.
• Group Mentorship: In addition to one-on-one mentorship, the organization may offer group mentorship sessions or workshops where entrepreneurs can learn from multiple mentors and interact with peers who are facing similar challenge
Resource Library
Golden Clover Association, Inc. has an in depth resource library that serves as a foundation for success. This curriculum can cover topics such as business planning, financial management, marketing, legal compliance, leadership development, and many more.
Goal Setting and Progress Tracking
During mentorship and counseling sessions, entrepreneurs and their mentors work together to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. Progress toward these goals is regularly tracked, and adjustments are made as needed.
Regular Check-Ins
